🐾 About Kyal’s Doggy Delights

Kyal’s Doggy Delights was founded in 2017 by Kyal Chamberlain — inspired by family, resilience, and one very special Husky named Apollo.

At 11 years old, Kyal was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. At 16, he began learning to cook alongside his carer as a way of building practical life skills. What started in the kitchen as a learning experience soon became something much more meaningful.

Every afternoon, Apollo — the family’s beloved Husky — would sit patiently at the back door, waiting hopefully for a taste of whatever was being prepared. So Kyal decided to make something just for him.

What began as a few homemade biscuits for the family fur child quickly grew into a passion for creating healthy, natural dog treats made with real ingredients. Simple. Honest. Made with care.

Although Apollo has since passed, he remains at the heart of everything we do. Today, Nova — our energetic Husky pup — carries on his legacy, taste-testing new creations and keeping us inspired every single day.

From humble beginnings in the family kitchen, Kyal’s Doggy Delights has grown into a proud small Australian business, supplying cafés and attending weekend markets across Perth and its surrounding suburbs.
